the Illinois River at Havana.
* Until Tuesday evening.
* At 830 PM Thursday the stage was 14.4 feet.
* Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...the river will continue rising to near 14.5 feet by
tomorrow morning. The river will fall below flood stage Tuesday
afternoon.
* Impact...at 14.0 feet...minor flooding begins to agricultural areas
not protected by levees.
